Anyone ever thrown one, or have any info on this relic? I believe it was released around 92.

Two piece reactive resin with light bulb shaped weight block.  Norm Duke was involved with this company for a while.  He made the ball look good, but then he can make any ball look good.

I had this ball back in the day. Hook monster in its time. It would be a light oil ball now.
