There are a number of ball manufacturers that consider customer service and product information as unnecessary. Their target market, therefore, does not include bowlers who prefer to make informed decisions. Apparently, they hope to gain a foothold through impulse buying, and sometimes this works very well.
They may have a good products, but one has to wonder if doing business with them is worth the costs that ignorance often extracts. Even an inexpensive ball purchase adds up to about $120 after drilling. Personally, I don't recommend spending that kind of money on "maybe / maybe not".
There are many other companies that offer full information, worry free warranties, and immediate customer service and support on their products.
