Legends/LM Website
« on: December 30, 2005, 04:41:17 AM »
After looking at this site for the past month or two....I just gotta say they need major help.  They add the Arrow spare ball but the link to Legends University doesn't work for me neither does the on-line store at LM site.  Nobody from Legends/LM answers any of the questions on their forums.  Their forums just like Visonary's are poorly used and not moderated by Legends/LM staff.  Only way you can get any interaction with Legends/LM reps. are to call them which is OK, but not the way to interest folks that might slide by to check out product to see such a poorly maintained website.

I did....had an AZO Illusion which I liked.  If, I ever had questions I have had to call them.  IMO.....they need to monitor and fix their website to be a great mfg.

They do a lot of things right....their packaging is the best in the ball world.

I had the same issue with replies on my emails through the website; however, I called them directly at 888 526-3645, PST, and was well-taken care of.
