AZO Internet sales?

Do any internet sellers have the new line of AZO balls (Pro Tactics pearl, Ultra Radical solid and pearl) for sale? I have not seen them anywhere yet.

I was just interested in seeing what they go for and was sort of surprised that no one has them for sale yet. BTM tested all three in this month's issue, Nov 2007. The Pro Tactics looks interesting.

From a previous post, the exclusive United States distributor is Las Vegas Bowling Supply. Their online website, www.lvbsonline.com, is still not available.

I will call and see if i can broker for you, i know johnny well and i am sure my local shop can get them from him. I do not want to become a business doing this but for you jeff and select few i will.

There are three new balls which are being released and will be available early November by AZO. The technical information on the Pro Tactics and Ultra Radicals is available at www.azobowling.com. And the balls can be ordered through the exclusive United States distributor Las Vegas Bowling Supply. They have an online website which is launching shortly, www.lvbsonline.com. And you can reach Johnny DeBenedetta, AZO's technical advisor, anytime to place your order or discuss the product at 866-244-4484.

They are not going to allow the New AZO balls to be sold on the internet.  These are balls made by Storm under the AZO brand name.  To my knowledge, no one that originally made AZO balls is associated with the new brand.

I also thought they weren't going to sell online.  They have a strict price locking system for pro shops where the balls have to be sold at a minimum amount.  If you did find any online expect the price to be very high.

Sounds like AZO and 900Global are taking a big risk and possibly sacrificing a lot of potential sales and a lot of potential publicity.  

Wonder if people/pro shops will offer AZOs for sale here???

I believe this is the smae situation most everywhere.

My main reason for asking was that in the BTM review of the AZO Pro Tactics, I saw a ball whose reaction SEEMS TO BE quite different from many, if not all others. I don't know if it will be for regular bowlers and only time will tell. I have not intentions, at the moment, of buying one, but if one fell from the skies into my hands, I'd go have it drilled.

Having just bought this oldcompany and its brand name, Storm must have some definite long terms plans for its marketing and its future, no matter how many other companies currently exist.

I am surprised as anyone at all the new ball companies and the ones which have changed hands in the past few years. The new ball market is rather limited in most sense of the word; so people attitudes about bringing them into existence are also very surprising. But, hey, I'd very unhappy right now, if one of those new ones, Lanemasters, went under. They seem to know what they are doing and they seem to have made market penetration.
