I just got my Solaris from UPS on Thursday. It has a 5 inch pin, and 2 1/4oz top and I am wondering how I am going to lay this out. I don't want to make the mistake and drill this to strong like I did with my 5x3 Cell pearl. Being it having such a long pin, my options are limited, but I was thinking 5 1/2 x 4 1/2, that would put the pin 1 inch above my fingers.

Sounds good, but do you think the longer pin to PAP with the long pin is going to make it to lengthy. I am sorta looking to replace my Cell pearl if possible.

Any suggestions, never layed out andything with such a long pin.
