Title: Insite Second Coming
Post by: PJM300 on November 03, 2005, 10:57:19 AM
Just wondering if anyone has thrown one of these or seen one in action.  Visionary made coverstock with all new Asymetric core design...

Cover looks just like the Antique Bronze AMB Pearlized Centaur same 1500 polished.  Different core.

Hi PMJ300,

I have two Second Coming balls that I use all the time in my leagues.  I have had the first one for about two months (when they first came out).  I must say that the ball is great for me.  It hits hard and carries great!

My first Second Coming is drilled with the pin above the fingers and goes long and then makes a very strong move (i.e. a flip) to the pocket.  The second one I got drilled three weeks ago as a compliment to the first one.  It is in a label/leverage position - the pin is about one inch below and just to the left of my fingers.  This ball revs up much earlier and has a strong continuous arching motion (no roll out).  The second ball took the place of my Almighty which got shredded by a ball return at Greenmount Bowl four weeks ago.  These two balls cover all but the most oily of conditions for me.

The ball is definitely made by Visionary, but the core is Mark's own design.  Mark is in the process of developing a heavy oil ball called the Super Natural that will be released on December 1st.

If you have any questions regarding the Second Coming or InSite please let me know as I know Mark personally and can get the answers you need.

Thanks,
Paul
