Lane Masters Big Bang Mini Review
« on: March 02, 2006, 02:25:58 PM »
So I finally had the chance to throw it for 3 games tonight subbing. (lefty)

I was playing with my left foot on 19, throwing the ball out to 10. It might be the best ball I've thrown....PERIOD!  I've thrown a lot of equipment, but this one rolls extremely well.  I have it drilled with stacked leverage.

I carried some 7 pins, that I never would have dreamed of carrying before.  It hits, really well and keeps the pins low, which is something I'm not used to.

It doesn't come flying off the back end like the reactive equipment I have.  A nice smooth continuous hook.

I know the price is up there, but if someone was looking for a very good quality Particle Ball...I suggest this one 100%

I have mine drilled stack as well.  Left the finish out of box.  I usually polish everything up, but I wanted to thy this one as is.  I was standing about 35, playing 15 to about 5-7, and then smashing the pocket.  The only mistakes i made were tugging a few.  If I sent it out more, the ball had no problem coming back.

Got one drilled on Monday, and shot 777 with it tonight.  Would highly recommend this !!!

Do you have any other LaneMasters/Legends balls that you can compare the Big Bang to?

Yes, here is my lineup.

Big Bang - Used for Oil and to have big backend.

Big Kahuna - If the Kahuna Hooks too much.. much more controlled and a nice arc on the back end

Mirage - Down Length and Snap

Absolute Power 2 - Length and control on the back end.
