Title: pro line gem tek?

some girl is trying to sell me 2 brand new balls never drilled she has no idea about for $10.  They sound familiar, but really old.  Are they plastic?

If memory serves me right they were sparkly polyester similar to a yellow dot in reaction. I had the blue sparkly one back in the day.
