Who makes this stuff? Anyone seen the videos yet? Isn't Pyramid a bowlingball.com production?

I couldnt help myself and clicked order..  A pink\Green nightmare is on the way.  Ill be able to use this on a new set of Prolane with a 41' stone st pattern.

Once its drilled Ill do up a short vid and post it here.  I like trying out equipment from small companies \ not well known products ( I normally throw mostly Visionary) but this one is a giant leap of faith.

Drilled the pink\green  35 * 4 1/2 * 25 no hole yet.  Ball is as advertised longer and STRONG.  Used it last night for a City team tourny.  anvil lanes with a lighter 38' THS

Good length and when it goes left it turns hard.  Pretty aggressive layout for this light\short of a pattern so had to put it away before the end of the 1st game.

Cant wait to try it on the home lanes with a longer heavier pattern.  Was skeptical but am pleasantly happy.  And yes I did get called several unflattering names because of the color scheme, but when they saw how hard this thing hit it all stopped.

Has to be poured by Brunswick or Overseas as there is no MADE IN THE USA by the serial number.

I'll tag another update to this:

I haven't had time to get my girl on the lanes to get video of her throwing her new lime green and pink chosen path, but lets just say this ball has been nothing less than stellar for her since I got it in her hands. She averaged 163 last year, this year improved 12 pins to 175 and in two sets after giving her the new ball, she went 636/641 in back to back nights. Now is where it gets better, she then goes to the state tournament for women here in Michigan and averages 199.8 over 9 games with a 163 entering average. This pushed her to 2nd in doubles, 2nd in all events and she had a bad singles set and still is sitting in 18th.

This ball for her is crazy good, excited to get vid soon.

Don't *need* one. I'm a little top heavy anyways on the strong stuff in the bag. Bank Roll, Bank, Train, Freight Train, Look, Black Eagle, War Eagle.

But want? Heck yeah!

I hear ya

I needed another ball like I need a hole in my head, BUT this ball did fill a need in my bag.

My home house has brand new Pro-Lanes, very low friction, using a 41 mod stone street pattern.  With my Warlock XV I do have to play a fairly straight on the volume I see.

Took the Chosen Path over yesterday, and used it on a pair that had been oiled earlier in the day for a SR. league then nothing after.  Finally got the ball reaction that I have been looking for all last season.  long and STRONG

shot 740 for 3 but I was by myself so its not a true test, but the look i am getting is exactly what I wanted...   Now I cant wait for next season

City team tourny take #2

Little better volume or length of oil last night.  Still had to play really really  deep and swing it, but for 2 games the pink\green was a absolute savage.

The best part is the look people give you when they see it then after about 2 or 3 frames of just destroying pins they start wandering over to see what it is.

I have owned the Pink/Green chosen path for a couple of month's and this ball will compete with any higher priced ball and win! The Energy retention for the pocket is incredible, out of Box it's sanded smooth surface handles Medium to higher THS, sanded 4000, it handles Medium to lighter THS and sanded 2000 with Ebonite Factory finish, this ball goes long and pretty much ignores carry down. I don't know what their putting in the cover's of these balls in China but it kicks the crap out of what we are using here in the USA! I have a 3.5 X 4 drilling for my Low track. I contacted Pyramid and while salivating asked for info about a Chosen Path Pearl, they said later in the year.

I threw the demo pink and green and believe it or not, it matched up identically to the IQ Pearl. I threw the same line with both, the Pyarmid a touch longer and stronger off the break point. Very impressed, gonna order one as soon as season payoff next week

Just think, what if there was a Pearl Chosen Path, $119 shipped, watch out big ball sellers!

If a pearl shows up ill have to find room for it in the bag.  Finally got to throw the pink/green on the heavy shot in my home house.  It was still a savage easily out hooking anything I have by 5-6 boards.   Now I can't wait for next season to start
