900 Global is now producing their equipment and should get their own forum.  If you feel they should please sign name on reply to see if we can get a forum.  This forum could be used for all equipment including the 3G shoe label coming soon.

To be fair, if it was decided to give 900Global their own forum now, ELite and Banger would have to their own first.

I think this is a database volume and server access consideration. If there are enough balls to warrant enough discussion, then it's feasible to assign forums to that manufacturer's balls. Since 900Global's ball have just been released, is there enough discussion to warrant the work necessary to support more forums, initially and over the long run?

One consideration that is quite different that the aforementioned "other" Ball Companies.  Elite is made by Brunswick, and Banger by Visionary. 900Global actually makes their own product and is manufacturing (pouring) other branded AMF and Lane#1 products.  Higher up the on the Ball Food Chain, if you will.  Good points though, Charlest - as always.

Not sure what you're saying here or trying to imply. What difference does it make who makes their balls? They are not owned by the company who makes them. Otherwise Storm would own 900global, as they made the Break for 900Global.
Besides Banger balls are not talked about in the Visionary forum and ELite balls are not talked about in the Brunswick forum. Or on the other hand, Should Lane#1 and AMF balls be talked about in the new 900Global forum (whenever it arrives)?

You've confused me.

I was just making the point that 900Global is a "soon to be" (manufacturing balls, Now ) MAJOR manufacturer.  Should be allowed to have a forum with it's competitors (Ebonite, Storm, Brunswick, Visionary, and Lanemasters).  No, I don't think that Lane#1 or AMF should be commingled in the same Forum - because of obvious design and marketing differences.

If it is too early, for mass appeal, than that would be ok by me too.  Just feel that 900Global will be a player in the grand scheme of things and should be given that respect. (they quite possibly have the experience to back it up, and be successful). With that being said, I'll give them the benefit of any doubt.

I beileve they can be a significant player in the near future; as of right now, they are not. But the final decision is up to the website administrator. Enough voices desiring may override his previously stated factors of number of balls and number of posts. Not for me to say. I offered my opinion. Phil has made more than one ball of which I have made excellent use. I can only assume he will do that again for a great many bowler. Is it being done right now? no.
