Kinetic Solaris video!
« on: January 28, 2009, 01:42:02 AM »
As promised I shot the video the other night. These shots are not edited, so there are nonstrikes. My balance was way off that ight, I normally don't have that problem, but I was falling off after alot of shots. Comments are welcome.

Review will come after some more games are on the ball. So far I am loving it.

Conditions were. Stripped, then layed down fresh shot. Don't know the length. This is the womens shot, so there isn't as much oil as the mens league shot, which lays down oil over top of this shot. Really dry outside of 5, which I typically stay away from. Decent puddle in the middle.

If I played my Swarm which I brought with me that night were I was using the Solaris It would not make it back at all. Even when I moved 6-7 boards over at the arrows it would leave washouts.

Pic of ball::

Ball is at 4000 abralon. Pin right above the ring finger, almost touching pin. CG 1 oclock to thumb. 5 inch pin blem. Layout 5 1/4 x 4 1/2

This ball carries very well, even as deep as I am, When I Know it could use some more oil.

nice video. i got this ball last week, drilled stacked . i really like the sound of it when it hits the boards. still at my house have not found the right oil for the ball . shot a 205 first game. 5 strikes five throws. then tried other angles to see what it would do. was happy with the ball coverstock stays clean.

this ball intrigues me. I think I am going to get one as soon as finances allow.
