So which ball is the strongest ball overall on a THS?

GT1 hands down.

Thanks, that's what I needed to know.

GT1 is longer and harder off spot, TX1 next and SX1 lower RG will roll sooner but is for drier-medium. Sorry never understood why Motiv came out the SX1 first as a dry-medium ball with low RG...doesn't make sense to me.

Yeah I was confused as to the pecking order in terms of aggressiveness. The TR2 is probably too much ball for a THS correct?

For what I consider a THS....yes TR2 too strong. GT1 would be the one I'd look at for a stronger ball. TX1 is next one I would consider. JMO but nothing special about them. I had both TX1 and SX1...decent balls but too costly for what they offer in terms of equipment. YMMV.

The strongest overall will be the TR2. Expect to take the surface up from 800 box however depending on your volume and surface to enhance the backend reaction.
If you do go with a GT1, which is a very good choice for the THS, keep in mind that the differential is lower. Don't be nervous with using strong pin placements. Generally 4 1/4 to 4 3/4 will be a good match-up to a THS.
