A Show for the Ages
« on: February 19, 2005, 11:25:33 AM »
Barnes, PA, WRW and Mika...probably the top 4 bowlers in the game right now...competing for the most demanding title in the game tomorrow...after watching these guys all week, i dont see how anyone cant be ecstatic about the potential for tomorrow.  comments and predictions?

Hmm, I think even this one is Barnes-proof, since he only has to win one match.  I can see him doing that.  Though that'd be awesome to see Mika from the 4 seed come to win it.

Someone will be complaining no matter what happens.  If WRW wins, people will still say Earl was better, if he loses they'll bash him, if Barnes loses his match there will be no end to it, if PA wins people will say it's because he was the only lefty, and if Mika wins, well, uh, probably people will just say they "dont like his style/attitude" or something.

Just expect complaining to happen no matter what happens.  I just wish PDW was there......

I'm really looking forward to this. It's gonna be a heck of a show! I'm gonna say PA wins it and brings home the Player of the Year with it.

I think that Chris Barnes will be taking home his first major tommorow, because all he has to do is win one game, and i dont see that being a problem.

GO CHRIS!!!!!!

Patrick Allen seems to be a guy that really gets in a rhythm and throws a LOT of quality shot in succession.  That's a key on this flat oiling pattern.  PA for his third title and a Kung Fu death grip on the POTY honor.

Considering that this is the only tourney that adheres to the pure format of years ago, I wish they would have kept a top-5 stairstep...I'm sure nobody here would have objected to the loss of "6 questions" and the "skills challenge" in order to show the extra match.
