And my wife's got dibs on a shotgun...(g)

Seriously, this is not a bad idea, nor is it unheard of. A lot of the guys who go over to Britain to play the play-in rounds for the British Open end up staying with local "host families."

We'd gladly open our home to multiple pros if they'd ever come here, but we're in a small metro area (Montgomery, Ala.). We're not likely to get a PBA event anytime soon.

Tish may get grief from some people, but not from me. She's one of my favorite bowlers of all time, male or female. She has one of my favorite releases and she appears to be really good at working a crowd. My family would be happy to host her, or most any pro.
