Bets On Stone's New Term For 6 Strikes...

Word on the street is that Rob Stone is thinking about what to call 6 strikes in a row.  So far he has developed or learned:

2 strikes = double (learned)
3 strikes = turkey (learned after asking Randy for many weeks in a row why)
4 strikes = hambone (created himself)
5 strikes = yahtzee (created himself)
6 strikes = ???

I think all the posts involving Mr. Stone prove one thing...he is good for the telecast.  Yea his bowling knowledge isn't the greatest, but he's learning, and that's what Mr. Pedersen is for anyways.

I think the names he uses and the stupid one liners (drop and give me 10) are pretty funny....

AMEN in the nut shell!!!!!! That is exactly what I have been saying for a while now. The PBA defiantly needs a sponsor of that caliber and that would be the perfect spot for them. Only problem is, that Motel 6 already has that spot. Not that Motel 6 is a bad thing, but in my opinion, it would be better having a BEER sponsor for that "6 pack"!

Yahtzee wasn't created by Rob, but he was probably the first to associate the term (5-of-a-kind in the boardgame with the same name) with 5 strikes and have it catch on.

I've been calling 6-in-a-row a 6-pack for years, its nothing new to me!
