PBA League adding 2 Women's teams

This will be interesting to see how things go.

I'd like to see a team headlined with

Shannon O'Keefe
Jordan Richard
Liz Kuhlkin

I feel like those 3 together could move in and hook it some.

Daria Pajak, Rocio Restrepo, Ashly Galante, Diana Z, Dasha Kovalova, Liz Kulkin, Clara Guerrero all have the ability to move in and play the lane.  In general, most of the woman have way better technical games than the men do.  It will be really fun to see how well they do in the PBA League.  If I recall, that is Baker format so if they can get two teams of women with styles that compliment one another they have a really strong chance.

Have to remember, though, that the lanes never really "blow up".  Memory serves me correctly it is just a 2 game baker style format.  I do not recall how the seeding takes place.  But once they get on TV there isnt much transition that takes place.  With the conditions, there is a mix bag of equipment used and lines being played.  I can recall a few guys like Blanchard using urethane near the track area and guys like Tommy Jones were playing around 3rd arrow and bumping the track.  You may have had a couple guys a little deeper.  But most were around 3rd arrow.  Me personally.  I hope the ladies do well and give the guys a run for their money.

Agree the guys are a lot smarter than they use to be. And dont get super deep right away.   As long as they arent shooting 5 or 6 game blocks the girls could have a look

Only had 10 spots available, but you never know she might have to step in if any of the selected bowlers have to withdraw.

Technically all the women not selected are eligible to be alternates on any of the 12 teams. Not just The two all women teams if I'm not mistaken. So you never know she might still wind up bowling in the event.

Diana is not on the list either.  Honestly there are enough women talented enough to compete with the men that you could field another couple teams.  Kulick is not on the list.  Pluhowski, Galante and Diandra also come to mind.

I am still optimistic that the women will do well, but I think there was opportunity for overall stronger teams given the choices in the draft.
