I watched the step ladder finals on you tube last night.  More entertaining than the previous days competitions.  Congrats to Rhino Page, he was right on the money on every shot.  Then they handed them the big check for $30k.  $30 freaking K???   That's it?

WTF moment

i watched it last night on youtube. i felt like both norm and wes were making the same mistakes. Norm i felt like needed more surface or a stronger cover. that haywire just didnt seem strong enough. i could see the sheen on the cover before he even started. a more aggressive cover or stronger ball couldve provided a more stability throughout the lane and better carry.

Mean while i was SMH the whole time i watched Wes. that ball was clearly too over/under caused by bad surface prep. I wouldve looked for him to use either a no rules exist, DDT or at least a NRP with the polish off. it also looked to me that he was not releasing it cleanly which just exacerbated the problem

Either way I would still take $30,000 for a weeks worth of work.  Sure it is still way above my hourly rate at work.  But I get what you are saying.  LOL!
