Barnes Will Dominate

Look for Chris Barnes to have a monster year now that the Monkey is off his Back. POY award on the Horizon for Chris.

What Monkey???

A major...a title with a ton of money?

He is a great bowler but I continue to believe the thing Walter Ray and Mikka and Norm Duke have of controlling their landing point(and almost always being level to the lane) ball after ball wins tournaments.  Versus Chris Barnes occassionally screwing the ball in to the lanes.  Despite all his other outstanding physical attributes of his game.
REvs and speed and versatility.

I expect Patrick Allen to get bigger and bigger and bigger on tour!

This will be the year of Tommy Jones.  He'll win at least four times with two majors.  Best shot maker on the tour at this time.

OH no!

Left side on tour is hard.

Because he is the most dedicated and throws a great ball.  Great speed and pretty free armswing.(That's improved a lot since I saw him)  More level to the lane than Chris Barnes!

I've seen him working on his game and the man is an animal.

Also agree PDW will be back and Tommy Jones is very good.

I expect more good things again from Ameleto Monacelli this year too!

I agree with Barnes, he had trouble on TV shows always getting in his own way.  Since he was able to make that shot in the 10th at the Open, and win the Roll to Riches, he can/will only get better.

As for PA, as good as he is, I think he may win a title, maybe 2, but after last year, I can't imagine seeing him having a repeat performance.

The way TJ started off with the Japan Cup, I can see him going for major.

Hopefully some others will have breakout years like Reyes, Angelo, etc and get their first title.

As well as the usuals like WRW, Duke, BohnIII probably getting a title.

When PA makes the show, I am not that excited about watching it. I am just not a fan of his at all.. With him changing ball companies, I predict he will not do that well this coming year..

I am rooting for my favorite PBA member, and fellow BR member, Chris Johnson. CJ's figured out that spares make the bowler - and he will have a GREAT year!!
I have faith in you, CJ!!!

Watch out for PDW ... if he heals up from his shoulder issues, look for him to come out strong with an effort dedicated to his Father's memory (may he rest in peace).

I think this is the year that Brad Angelo finally wins.  I think he'll have multiple wins and be a major player for POY.
