Round of 32 - Beasley/Warren...
« on: February 21, 2008, 11:04:44 AM »
What a match...comes down to the 10th, Warren can make it tough on Beasley by going X9/; instead he goes X6/.

Beasley then steps up needing to cover just 17 pins to win. He goes 9-. Loses by 8.

Ouch.

Jess

p.s.: Hated to see these guys having to bowl against each other in the first round, because I like both guys and wish they would have met on TV.

On top of that, according to the xtra frame feature of showing what pins are left standing in each frame, Beasley converted the 7-10 in the 4th frame or so and missed the 10 pin in the tenth for the loss.

Lol! Sorry but thats funny but also sucks.

I actually know a guy who left the big four in his final qaulifying game and picked it up (6th frame). He thought he was screwed but after that had confidence and started to come back. 10th frame first ball he leaves a 4 pin. Throws it right by, close enough it was kinda wobbling but not really. Pin doesnt fall and he missed the cut by 3.
