FDA and the Surgen General have announced approval of the new child proof opening for all Columbia bags. A spokesman said " We hope this will prevent any accidental choking cases amoung kids. Mr Barnes is ok and will have a full recovery, he may even win again, but we had to make sure that children are protected from this happening to them". Also the NRA announced that a safety lock system has been created by a to be named manufacturer that will be able to prevent children from getting there hands on Columbia equipement out of non Columbia bags.
Spokespersons from Hammer, Brunswick, Storm/Roto Grip and Morich have all endorsed the moves. An ex Faball employee, who wants to remain annonymous, said " This is a relef, we haven't had a problem this severe with a set of equipment sense Del Ballard's gutter ball. That really stunned our company and eventually cause us to sell the Hammer brand name. We hope Columbia will be alright".
