Went to CBSsports website to see if there was any way to stream the USOpen and can't even find a mention of bowling on their website. Yet another Network with no respect for our sport.
Does anyone know of a way to stream the telecast?

Is it on Xtraframe?

CBS Sports Network has a separate website (cbssportsnetwork.com) for the channel compared to the usual CBS Sports website (cbssports.com).
The US Open is definitely on there for the TV Schedule.

What is on Tuesday? If it's on CBSSports again, I still won't have that channel so can't help with ratings. Maybe put bowling on a channel everyone gets if they want to improve ratings.

Just check scheduling. It's on tomorrow (Monday 11/9) from 4-6pm PST. Just set my DVR to record.
I know it's a rerun, but I caught part of it at the bowling alley earlier today. Having Duke and Weber on the telecast is worth a second watch.

The PBA has it on a network that I can't get! Sad, very sad sad.

A fascinating and amazing exhibition on which most of us would be glad to average 165. See what the pros, the real pros, did with it.
And there wasn't a bad performance from any of the 5 participants.
After 53+ years of bowling and watching great performances, there are still shows where I can learn. Whenever you think you've see it all, you are wrong.
Watch it if you're at all able.

I don't get that channel. Hurry up, YouTube!

Instead of b*&#hing about not getting CBSSports Network, how about just being glad bowling is still on TV? ESPN made bowling pay for it's own time when it first started airing it. Now we have 2 channels that are paying, while maybe not much, but still paying the PBA to broadcast it. Yes, they aren't available to everyone yet. But it is better then nothing and better then it was only a few years ago. I have it DVR'd to watch tonight or later this week. I can't wait to see it.

I agree 100%. I will be watching Tonight. Missed it on Saturday. I hope CBS keeps it up. Screw ESPN.

I understand what you are saying, but there are some die-hard fans who cannot watch.
Look at it this way. What needs to happen for the PBA to expand on TV? I assume they need to expand their viewer base and increase their ratings. If the PBA was paying ESPN for their time slot, was that cost justified in reaching their goals? Even though CBSSPORTS is paying or whatever the PBA to show its events, the goal of having more viewership took a significant hit.
YAY!!! bowling is on TV. BOOOO fewer people can watch it.
The potential viewership on ESPN is significantly greater than on CBSSPORTS. I assume viewership is what sells advertising and gains sponsors.
And why should I be glad bowling is on TV if I can't watch it? Even our bowling center doesn't get that channel.

There's a difference between not getting the channel and not paying to get the channel. Every major cable or satellite company carries CBS Sports Network.

True, so I guess it comes down to how much bowling on TV is worth to each viewer. For me, it isn't worth the extra $400+/year to upgrade.

$400???? Damn. What service do You have?
-
I have dish network, it costs me an extra $8/month to be upgraded to the next package. I'll skip a fast food lunch one day a month and that $8 will equal out. To me it's worth it.

May be a little misleading. With the UVerse package I have I get a discount of $31 off of a base price of $57 ($26 total). The best I could get out of them was $62 for the next package.
My situation isn't the same as everyone else, but for me I won't get it. Especially if it will be on YouTube the next day.
