What do looks have to do with conducting an interview? Although her first couple of bowling shows were a little rough, Holly is getting better at the Q&A snippets. She is NOT "ugly". It is a safe bet that she won't be doing a Penthouse/Playboy spread anytime soon, and you may find other women more attractive in your eye, but to criticize her for being "ugly" when her job is to conduct interviews is unfair and uncalled for. She's just another "lower tier" female sportscaster trying to work her way up the chain. Please judge her on the quality of her work, and not her lack of appeal to you. I have yet to hear anyone criticize Dave Ryan, Randy Pedersen, Brian Voss, Bo Burton, Marshall Holman, Earl Anthony, Billy Welu, Chris Schenkel, or Bud Palmer for being ugly! I have heard valid criticisms of their announcing/broadcastin/commentary abilities. Perhaps we should afford the female workers the same courtesy??
