originally posted by Bjaardker, about if brunswick sells 2nds/blems:
Yeah, they're called Lane #1s....
JUST KIDDING!!!

The first foul saved his butt.....as had the 4-10.......and would have never come down to the second one..

All this can be yours............
What?? The curtains?????

Bigfoot fouls again. That has to hurt to loose that way. I would rather loose straight up. Let's see what Liz can do in the finals.

BRUNSWICK
-
wow, that was the biggest break, foul/split then strike for spare, to collapse with a foul on a strike that could have forced liz to stike out to tie.
-
thats what he gets for qwearing etonic goofy shoes be smart wear abs or dexter

he fouled twice and yet he had room behind him----i don't get it. i fouled once years ago and moved 6 inches back and it has never happened again.
-
Yeah he should've been able to wear these shoes anyway. HE's a pro

I don't think Etonic shoes have interchangable soles and heels, does anyone know for sure?

Not I. I have ABS Tour Ultras. Several interchangeable heels and soles. Got the Adjust-a-heel just in case. I fouled a few times in practice after I first got them. No problems since.

for God's sake people.......shoes have NOTHING to do with this!!!
Move back a few inches..yes ?!?! Hell, you did it once......make SURE you don't do it again! move back!
I can see doing it one time....but the second.....that's his fault,...purely his fault.....and it cost him!

Seemed to me he was pushing the line the whole game -- I wouldn't be surprised if it was more than twice!! There's no reason to get that close......ever!!

HE is a BIG MAN.
Anyone know how big?
And he throws the ball great!!! I'm really impressed.
I hope this doesn't derail his career. I like watching him as much as I enjoyed Steve Cook in his prime!
Go Wes!

Big Wes is around 6'5" and probably 260...and one of the most unassuming big men you will ever find.
-
Nice guy, very quiet and reserved, nothing but nice things to say about him. Great bowling Wes, keep it up!!
-
Somewhere else I read that everyone was having trouble with the approach on the right lane. But didn't he foul once on each side?

I myself am 6'7 250 and used to have this problem

Same story here. I fouled once, moved my approach back a foot. Haven't fouled since.

I couldn't believe he never adjusted his footwork. I, actually, thought he fouled a couple of other times that didn't get called.

He often has problems with it... he fouled earlier in the year on the 12th ball of a 300... threw a strike... whoops you fouled... 290...
good luck and high scoring

I don't understand how someone could have problems with fouling. Back up 6 inches and it will never happen again. I just don't get it.
-
Prehaps I shouldnt have said 'often'... occasionally... is still over-exagerating the problem.
Do you think he would rather foul once every couple of hundered shots and feel comfortable, or move back 6 inches and not be in his confort zone, and make him feel like he has to lunge at the line?????
And yes he fouled twice in the one game, but I'm sure hes not doing it twice a game. Maybe once a week on average. No big deal. Maybe in the off season he will work from a little further back, but I doubt he would want to change something with the 2 majors coming up.
If it were a big enough problem for him, he would fix it. So clearly its not.
good luck and high scoring
