I guess I'm the only one that thought he came off cocky and arrogant? Like 4-5 frames in he's throwing his hands in the air and all that jazz, kinda lost my vote after all that business.

I took it as just being pumped up, Wes didn't seem to have a problem with it.

Just my opinion.

I can promise you he is not the cocky type as I have known him since he was 14.  He is one of the more likable people out there.  If you watch the video on youtube where he strikes out in the tenth to qualify for the Scorpion, the announcer even says, "You cant help but root for this guy."  Jason is as cool as they come.  If he had gotten in Wes' face and done that, then thats a different story.  But doing it after he just labeled the pocket, I dont see harm in that.  I am happy for the guy.

He's been a friend of mine for over 10 years....he's none of that.  Don't try to read into someone's personality because of what they do when they are trying to earn a paycheck and live a dream.

Congrats to Jason Sterner on his title. It's okay to get excited, especially when it's been your dream for years.  PDW gets excited.  They all do.  Any bowler who is human and has emotions will occasionally get pumped.

Both bowlers rolled the ball well, and the match could have gone either way. I think we all were bummed when the 10 pin stood there, but that's bowling.  I wish I could roll the rock as well as Sterner, but those days are way behind me.

I can see both sides, I guess I just made it more than it was. I'm not trying to take anything away from the guy, only few have done what he has and he's still pretty new out there. I just thought maybe he was cashing it in a little early I suppose. Oh well, he's damn good regardless, congrats to him.
