Is PrimeTime consider 8 Pm - 11 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday?
If so, that still puts it at 5 PM Pacific which removes a lot of westerners from watching it live. They'd have to record it while they're driving home from work.

So should they air it at 11 est so its 8 pacific? That way us easterners have to watch the next day? NFL starts between 8-830 on their prime time nights. It works for them... Charlest has turned a new leaf in the last few weeks...

A lot of "live" shows are not really live here in AZ.  Most are taped and then replayed later in the evening during our prime time tv period.  Saturday Night Live is never live.

I should add that the last bowling show that was shown live, I missed because it did come on at 5pm.  That would have worked better for me if it had been tape-delayed and broadcast later.  BTW, anyone know if that show will be replayed at some point?

They should carry it primetime next year.  When you put it on at a time that football is not on, you're going to have people watching.

Football was on, but it was a crappy game that a lot of people including myself never even attempted to watch

The telecasts are pre-recorded for cost saving measures...

I don't know what the solution is. I'd like it to be fair for everyone who wants to see these telecasts.

Personally I record them; so I can watch it how I want and when I want. Not everyone has that option. I have recorded them onto DVDs so friends who don't have ESPN or don't have CBS sports can watch them.

I have Direct TV (satellite) and their TV Guide say whether the show is live. If it is live, I add 1 hour to my recorded time. If it is not live, I tend to add 30 minutes in case the previous show (especially if it live) runs over its allotted time.

Charlest has turned a new leaf in the last few weeks...

FYI I am a human being. My mental state, when I do a posting, usually reflects that. That does not change from one week to the next, nor from one month to the next. It changes when something happens to affect me. Being human, I am not a robot. Every post reflects not only what my thoughts are about that subject but also by my feelings and emotions at that time.

If anyone thinks they are are different from me and the way I post, they are either not entirely human or they exert so much control over their thoughts, that I wonder if they are truly human or just a robot.

Life affects every aspect of our being, both mentally, emotionally and physically.
