Who was PDW yelling at in the crowd at the US open?

 I was in a tourney today and the show was on. Couldnt hear the TV...What happened?

 It's an act, like professional wrestling. He said he was mad at a kid who made a loudv"YESSSSssss!" when he missed the 10 pin. He built on that from there. It's called entertainment. :0

I know it sounds like I'm in denial, but I'm not.

Pete is like a soap opera bad guy.  On TV, in chararter, you tend to not like the bad guys, but off camera, some of them are the nicest people you can meet.  Pete is no different.  Like he said, on camera, he puts on a show.  He does not want to be boring.

 

Whether you like him or not, I feel we all like to see him on TV.  Some us will root for him others against him.  Either way you look at it and based on all the forums posts, including other websites,  about this last show, the PBA has gotton a lot more exposure.

Weber is near the top of the list of guys I enjoy rooting for. He is good for the show and good for the tour no matter how many say they dislike him. He draws ratings, which draws sponsors, which builds prize funds...simple as that.

All I know is a root FOR PDW because he's the only one the really emotes. My favorite is always PBIII, but when you grew up with loving Marshall Holman, PDW gives us that same attitude. It's bowling, have fun with it!

I agree with the last 5 or 6 posts here... Basically he's a showman... He's having fun with an attitude... I like it. I have rooted for him since I pretty much started bowling... And regardless, he's always gracious to his opponent, win or lose...  It's only the occasional fan or photographer who moves/flashes w/in his peripheral vision or yells in his range of hearing that he gets ticked at...

I subscribe to the PBA xtraframe service. If you were to watch the cheetah open finals that was and is on extraframe you would see a different side of Pete. The looser and lighter side. Don’t know if it’s the TV show or the fact that it was a major but that was a totally different Pete on the open show. Although he did shoot someone the finger right on extraframe live during the first match practice time with Norm. Tried to hide it but it was the finger.

How many times was he going to tell that guy "If you move ONE MORE TIME.."? He must have said that 5 times or more.
