i'm also going to be doing one here. i think i saw a rule that you have to have your name on the back of your shirt. is that true? and what other dress codes are there?
-
Normally you need you name on the back of your shirt..A belt if it has loops and I believe dress slacks is the only other thing I can think of
-
Your name on the back of your shirt has to have letters that are at least 2" tall. If your shirt is the old retro style bowling shirt or buttons from top to bottom you may leave it untucked. If it's a polo or mock neck shirt it must be tucked in. If your pants have belt loops you must wear a belt. No jeans, cords, sweats, shorts, windpants, etc. You may not wear any head gear either. Your shirt cannot have logos from companies that are not approved by the pba.
A little common sense goes a long way. This is a professional tounament. Remember that. Comb your hair. Shave, shower, and try to look the part. I know it seems silly to bring these up but you'd be surprised at how people show up to these events.

Go to the PBA website and go to "resources" locate Rule book. Click on it and the rule book will appear as a PDF file. It is under section 13.5 This will tell you all that you need to know about attire. There's other things in the rule book that is helpful too.

the time the opponent steps off the approach.
