Hello everyone. I have been wondering this for a long time and would like to get feedback on this. If the USBC is trying to uphold the integrity of the sport, why don't they help out the PBA. It seems they are signing deals with espn for collegiate bowling and womens bowling, but not the PBA. The PBA is basically the only way we have bowling out to the public consistently. How hard is it to support the PBA. I know the idea has been thrown out there to up the sanction fee a dollar to give the PBA more money to bowl for, yet the USBC says they will lose members. But the USBC will up fees for their benefit and this is ok. I mean it is a friggin dollar. If people quit bowling for that then our sport has major major issues. I just feel that if the PBA can offer bigger prize funds then maybe the sport can grow. I feel that people can watch every other sport because they offer millions of dollars for wins, while the PBA offers 25,000 for a win. If the PBA can offer 60,000 for a win in every tournament I feel more people will watch bowling and bowl more.
