Todd Book - above average revs and ball speed. Nice arm swing, strong wrist/hand action. Power Player. Super solid at the line, don't think he fell off one shot all week. Very versatile, can play off both gutters and everywhere in between. Solid helmet, very even keeled, keeps his emotions intact. You haven't heard much about him because he owns his own business and didn't need to bowl for a living. I can see him winning on tour. Like this guy.
Steve Weber - Big backswing, big revs, good speed. Team USA experience, he's been around the block. Bowled most of the tour last year. Sometimes hot and cold, but when he's hot, watch out!! Very good mentally, he's strong, a grinder, I crossed next to him a couple times this week, seems like even when he didn't have anything, he got 100 over or more. I could see him getting hot and winning.
Troy Wollenbecker - Don't really know him well. Good speed, medium to above average revs. Works hard on his game during practice sessions. Seems to be a pretty good spare shooter. From what I remember bowled just pretty well on all the patterns, not sensational on any. He kept getting better as the week went on though, he started off out of the number. Fiery competitor, hope his temper is not a problem, but I like those fiery guys.
Steve Harman - Don't know him. Didn't bowl with him any this week. Looks solid at the line, similar style to Todd Book, which has to make him a pretty good player.
Chad Kloss - Don't know him personally. Have seen him bowl at a couple regionals. Good speed, Good revs. Pretty solid at the line. Seems to be pretty even or a touch fiery like Troy, I like that, that momentum can win matches. He's on Hammer staff, Hammer balls are hot, should be a plus.
Brian LeClaire - He has been around the block, on Tour for a few years. Solid game, maybe too solid. He doesn't really crush any certain condition, just bowls well on everything. Love his game, nice swing, good release, nice guy, don't know him, but he has been personable to me. He definitely can win on Tour.
Ronnie Russell - Don't know him, seems pretty solid, good overall game. He has been around the tour for a couple years now. Getting experience. Maybe that is all he needs, he is pretty young.
Hope this helps ya!
