PBA Shots

I was wondering how do Sport shots compare to the PBA patterns?

The Sport shots are tougher honestly. Having bowled on all of them, I can see why the PBA got away from the Sport shot a few years ago because people don't want to watch alot of spare shooting and this is critical on a Sport shot because the pros didn't even make the sport shot look easy and people want to see them throwing strikes. Long gone for the PBA is the sport shot pattern where 190-210 consistent would win you the matches because this was boring to viewers and sponsors. The ladies were the last pros to use the Sport shot.

And I am referring to a true Sport shot. Not what some centers think is a sport shot.

Thanks for the reply.  I am currently bowling in a Sport League and I was curious to how this compared to PBA conditions.  We are currently using the USBC Collegiate Singles pattern.  So far, lack of decent spare shooting is keeping me around 180.
