Sadly no... Stone has blown names at least twice this season that I've heard. I can't think of a football, golf, or other pro sport player who has had their name butchered by an announcer except this moron. If he screws up twice more, the bonehead will have his own personal hambone.

Other than that, I have no stroing opinion on the topic...

He was probably thinking about Patrick Allen while talking about Bohn.

To me it seems like he hits the devil's grass before going on the air..or takes a couple swigs of Jack to loosen him up.

Where the hell have you been?  I hear announcers botch names every single football game I watch!

So that's why he likes the hambone.

Yeah that's what it is but he made that mistake (Patrick Bohn) a bunch of times already and Randy was starting to crack on him before.

Pedersen and Stone were jabbering like two teenage girls getting ready for  the Junior prom. Bowling seemed to be the furthest thing from their minds.

They destroyed another great show.

Yeah, for a while they were more interested in making jokes about Air Supply than commentating on bowling--what bozos!

During the OU/Mizzou game yesterday, Brent Musberger called OU quarterback Sam Bradford, "Stan Bradford" and Sam Bedford" several times.

Listen to the old telecasts with Schenkel and he was just as bad. The one I'll always remember is saying they were coming from "Dick Carter Lanes" on one show.

When you are trying to pull this off live, you are going to slip up every once in awhile.

At least you knew he was trying to do the job.
Stone and Pederson are just playign games and getting paid to b*llsh*t. They were of little to no value today, AND most days. I had the sound off for about 40% of the show. Glad I watched the recording and not the live show.

Brent Mushberger butchers names worse than any announcer I've ever heard...can't stand listening to him do play by play, I usually turn the volume on mute when I watch the Saturday night games...
