Amletto and Voss Exempt!??!?!?!

I was just looking at the PBA page and under exempt bowlers Brian Voss and Amletto Monacelli are listed there with Bios and the whole 9.  Did I miss something?

Voss recieved the Golden Parachute exemption for the wsob and Amleto recvieved one of the European Exemptions for the wsob.  Both Exemptions are for the WSOB only so basically they are exempt for August only.

From what I understand, I believe the Golden Parachute is a year-long exemption...can anyone confirm?

Is it a European exemption or an International exemption?  I only ask because I think Monacelli is from Venezuela...
