OPEN, to all Card carrying ABC/USBC members?

If I would have had a schedule that allowed me to do it, and my average hadn't suffered this year like it did...I had planned to bowl the US open.

Could I have?  or no...

EDIT:  I know I wouldn't have been competetive...BUT, my dad offered to pay for me to bowl in it (yes he knows the costs...) and it would have been a killer experience...

Anybody can bowl in it at long as your average is 190 or better.

i think you're referring to the abc masters. this tournament requires an abc member to have an average of at least 190 to enter.

In other words, this is open to everyone with a ABC card too.

Yeah, so as long as you don't completely suck, and you've bowled for a few years, you're in.

i don't believe anyone with an abc card can show up and bowl the bpaa us open---i think the qualifying standards are a little tougher than that. bob hanson, if you're out there, we could use your help on this one !
