It sounds like Jaros has Traber's number. In the broadcast, it was mentioned something like 10 of 30 Jaros' regional titles were at the expense of Traber. In the broadcast you can see Traber give up after not striking in the 8th frame. Traber did not concentrate on the 9th frame and just threw the ball. At that point Traber was still in the game.

Jaros was in the driver's seat the whole time. The fact that he's beat him for the cheese so often only makes Jaros that much more confident and Traber more stressed.

Steve had an amazing reaction on that pattern. 260 on E Pattern is a lot, on C Pattern it's a ton. Steve has a wonderfully fundamental game. He's so direct and has great projection. He's told me the Crisis is his "go to" ball when things are flaky. He won earlier this year on C Pattern as well. He was comfortable with the ball, with the pattern, and against Traber.

There was no doubt in my mind when I saw him throwing the Crisis that Jaros would win.
