Met him last week at the Dick Weber. Really nice guy. I'd love to see him win this!

Yea he's a nice guy.  Local Detroit boy, with lots of talent.  I was bowling sweepers out in Waterford for a while I was still living in that area, and he came in for his first one and shot like 837 for his first 3 games lol.

I believe that was last June up at Airway Lanes, his first set was 257,279,279,815 he then followed it up with 300,300,245,845. John has a lot of raw talent, exceptionally gifted and also does a excellent job drilling bowling balls at Bud's Pro Shop.(When he's not on tour.) "Good Luck, Smooth Roll'n John Nolen!!"

Yeah John is a very good bowler and a humble guy. Watched him win the Columbuia 300 shoot-out a few years back and did a seminar last year on the pre-release for the Complete NV where he was helping. Very cool, very humble. Hoping for years of success for one of our local bowlers. Detroit area has been starved for someone to represent us for years....after all we are the bowling capital of the world.
