I live in London UK, and I will be travelling to the US next March to watch the World Baseball Classic.
The date and the whereabouts have yet to be confirmed, but I'll probably be in EITHER Florida (March 9-11) OR San Diego (March 18-20).
I'd love to go and see a PBA event while I'm there, so can anyone tell me if any of these places are located close to Florida or San Diego?
Mar. 1 - 5, 2006 PBA Pepsi Championship Fairlawn, OH
Mar. 15 - 19, 2006 PBA Ace Hardware Championship Taylor, MI
Mar. 20 - 26, 2006 PBA Denny's World Championship Indianapolis, IN

Unfortunately those events are probably in the range of at least 1500 miles from Florida and a whole bunch more from San Diego. Those events are all close to Ohio. Sorry to bring bad news for you

Anytime you want to make that trip to our area (Ohio) please feel free to do so! I'm sure your BR brethren would try to see you had a good trip and even meeting you for a few frames of ENJOYMENT! Like Clint I too am about 40-45 minutes from Fairlawn but on the North side of it. I'm closer to Cleveland.

I'll probably be going to San Diego, cos that's where the World Baseball Classic Final takes place.
Though after finding out Ohio is only 2 hours flight away from Florida complicates things a bit! If I was to visit Florida/Ohio, it'd be really great to have a few games with you guys. One thing for certain, I'm going to buy one or two bowling balls while I'm there, as there are almost 50% cheaper than here in UK.
Guess it all depends on my bank manager.........

Not a problem, can't blame you on buying the balls here! Maybe we'll catch you on another trip. Hope you enjoy your stay in San Diego, hear the weather there is quite nice YEAR ROUND! When you do visit I may have to show you how to properly sharpen a BUZZSAW ;P
