Loschetters new style?
« on: December 06, 2007, 12:28:39 PM »
Loschetter's game looks completely different than last season.  His style seems to have changed.  Has anoyone else noticed this?  I think his game looks a lot better now than it did before.

Honestly he looks exactly the same to me...he was just playing straighter last week.

I didn't see a difference.

His elbow is a lot straighter than last season.  His release is different as well.  At least that's what it looked like to me.

Versatility of the pros.  They aren't loked into one release/timing/swing/tempo.  Do what it takes to impart the best ball motion that will knock the pins down.

Loschetter has changed his game and style. I noticed it on the first shot he threw. His consistancy is much better then last year. He can actually hit his mark twice in a row an not constantly spray the ball all over the lane. He is more versital and has better control. It also looks like he is sawing on the ball pretty good to.

From the six shows Loschetter has made, how many times have you been there to see him bowl to make the accusations of his inaccuracies, ability to repeat shots etc.?

Some of the comments made on these forums seem as if people think there's no such thing as qualifying during the week for these bowlers to make it to TV.  They don't make it there by sucking.

Outrageous.

He looks like he wants to win...Not as nervous.
Maybe next time he won't throw the gauntlet down, in WRW face.
Why challenge WRW?

Rich, that's the one guy he shouldn't be talking trash to.  He's better off just keeping to himself and staying focused.

He is bowling different.  I saw him in person at practice before the Baltimore Classic last year.  Last year, he looked slower.  This year he is more powerful like he hit the gym or something.

Why challenge WRW?  To be the best, you gotta beat the best...he's trying to make a name for himself, and beating one of the best definitely would help!

You don't get to the top by being timid you know...

maybe his style has changed, but the funny movements of his mouth makes it painful to watch on tv
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

Video tape yourself from the front.  Many, many people make strange faces while bowling and grimace at release.  Find a better reason to not like someone.

I agree that Chris has been more consistent and confident, but I don't see any major form change.  Just because you're more consistent doesn't mean he changed his style one bit.
