Post by: racincowboy3 on January 11, 2011, 10:06:13 AM
what ball was mika throwing? was it the new track 718A? i though that was filmed back during the world series (although i could be wrong) and don't think he had that ball available to him them.
Was told it was a Taboo but the blue looked birghter then it does on the taboo.

He was throwing a Taboo on a Cheetah pattern?
Mika has a bunch of hand. I find this situation very odd but interesting.

Yes, I did watch it and I noted a lot of what others said in the other thread:
American team was trying to swing the ball and not succeeding. Mika did the same, so I think it wouldn't have mattered much which ball he used to swing it. Direct was better on the show.
Also watched Barnes whiff a 10 pin and Rash die a miserable death.

I couldn't watch the show do to the horrible format. Why didn't they do it one match at a time? I really hated the show because it literally felt like league practice. I have no idea what was going on and I really wish they wouldn't repeat this format.
I still don't know why we can't get a Weber Cup or World Ten Pin Masters type tournament. I really love the one lane format, and I think the setup is much more fan inclusive than the standard sunday telecast set up.
