could tommy jones and pete weber be making a comeback tommy is having a start similar to his 05 06 start where he makes the first telecast of the season maybe this could be the start of a great season for him and pete could win easy on long patterns because of his roll creating good carry

what do you think?

if you think that older players like walter ray williams, jr., norm duke, pete weber, parker bohn III, etc., are ready to "give way" to younger players you are mistaken.

Are you serious Carl? I think you better
rethink your statement. The older bowlers
know how to get the job done while the
younger ones get lost out there real easy.
With the exception of a select few younger
guys that have the ability to change their
game when they need to,,, I will bet on the
older ones most of the time.

oorr....the shot just played way in all week and they had a great look.  Not saying they aren't throwing it better...but it's only 1 tournament.

I don't mean "give way" but look at it physically. When you are approaching 50, the body is not as flexible or limber. Look what Pete Weber said last year when he said he was exhausted after the U.S. Open.

everyone was exhausted over the us open they bowl so much and its so much mental pressure because it is the tournament that everyone wants to win.
