Ouch, nice 7-10 for Tommy!
Interesting, if Barnes had been voted in instead of Duke, there would be six different ball manufacturers represented by the six bowlers. As it is, there are five - Storm (Duke & Weber), Ebonite (Jones), Hammer (Kent), Morich (Williams) and Track (Malott). What happened to the Brunswick bowlers?

yea I noticed that too, Doug and WRW were playing relatively tight to keep that straiter angle, and TJ, and Wes were throwing it to the right to get that angular movement... I know thats kind of how the cheetah plays, but I played it before plenty of times, and I couldn't get THAT kind of hold in tight...

On older surfaces and wood you can play Cheetah inside or around 2nd arrow. It's not the best option, as carry is terrible from there but it is playable.

It was rough for them, but I was kinda glad to see the carry being so horrible, made me feel better, lol. There's a house I bowl at here that gives you all kinds of stuff like that, solid 7's are especially a staple of this house, and I'd never seen any of the pros have such rough luck before. Nice to see it's not just a fluke or a one house thing.

actually, the guardian would be applied on the first 20' of the lane. guardian, like laneshield, is a way to extend the life of older, wood lanes. a lot of friction to be sure.
-
Hence the reason Kent was using a Vibe . . I'm assuming.

Anybody know when there is going to be a replay of this event, or of any video of it?
