You have to clear the cache, etc. Here is the support response I received:

The issue you are reporting is typically caused by browser caching. Internet browser store (or cache) data, images, and other elements of websites in temporary memory for faster page loads, and if the cached elements are in conflict with the live website it can cause features on the site, and sometimes even the site itself, to malfunction. To clear your browser cache, follow the instructions below:
***Internet Explorer
1) In the main Menu bar, click Tools>Delete Browsing History (if this menu is not displayed, press Alt+T on your keyboard)
2) In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data" and check "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies", then click the button marked Delete.
***Mozilla Firefox
1) In the main Menu bar, click Tools>Clear Recent History (if this menu is not displayed, press Alt+T on your keyboard).
2) In the Clear Recent History dialog box, select "Everything" for Time range to clear, then check "Cookies", "Cache", and "Active Logins" under Details, then click the button marked Clear Now.
***Google Chrome
1) In the browser address bar type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
2) In the Clear Browsing Data dialog box, select "the beginning of time" for Obliterate the following items from, then check "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data", then click the button marked Clear Browsing Data.
***Safari (for mac users)
1) In the main menu, click Safari>Empty Cache, then click Empty when prompted
2) In the main menu, click Safari>Preferences
3) In the Security dialog box, click the button marked Show Cookies, then click the button marked Delete All. After clearing browser cache as instructed above, please close completely out of your browser for 30-60 seconds before attempting to access again.
