I wouldn't exactly say he's back. He was completely overmatched by Jones.

Really didn't look like the Jaros of old... and I'm not talking about the glasses... I dunno what it is, I'm watching the strike pass telecast right now. I cant put my finger on it... he just doesnt look like Steve Jaros of a year ago. They mentioned that he was 45th on the points standings, which is only 6 or so places out.. I hope he makes it. Great example of a good sportsman. Great family man, well spoken and conducts himself well on the lanes regardless of the scores.

A good performance in the next 2 weeks, he could and should scrape in. Lets hope he does a Tommy Baker and wins the worlds, and gets a multi yearer
