PBA Regional

Has anyone ever bowled in a PBA Regional event?  I'm thinking about bowling in the Merrilville, IN one in May.  Any advice?

All new conditions for regionals this year, so who knows what they will be like. But not a house condition for sure. My advice is to try to relax and have fun.

Yeah, I was thinking of getting in as a guest, but I guess not.  Can I join the PBA in the limited format of 8.95 a month and be able to get into that tournament?  I have averaged over 220 for the last 3 years so I should qualify.
