i was looking through the pba regional events and most of the timetables confused me.
here is one
Friday, July 24
Practice Session: 1-3 p.m.
Pro Ams: 6 & 8 p.m.
Sweeper 3 p.m.
Saturday, July 25
Roll call is 30 minutes prior to all squads
A Squad: 9 a.m.
B Squad: 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, July 26
Semi-Finals: 8:15 a.m.
Match play begins at: 11:45 a.m with the round of 16
PRIZE FUND:
1st place projected: $3,000
Ratio: 1 in 3
one thing that really confused me is the sunday july 26 it says semi-finals 8:15 AM then at 11:45 AM it says there is match play with the round of 16?
can someone explain to me the timetable of regional events most of them are similar timetables

so saturday is like qualifying (in this tournament) then sunday is the top 16 come back bowl another bowler and high pinfall advances to the round of 8 type thing and it eventually gets down to the winner?
am i right?

Oh i get it
in the tournament you showed me it goes:
-saturday qualifying (X games ranked through pinfall top Y advances to sunday)
-sunday morning semis (X games usualy top 16 go ahead to matchplay best Y of Z)
match play until there is one left
