New PBA format Question
« on: January 07, 2005, 02:23:33 AM »
With the second half of the season, they are having the round of 64 bowl a 14 game qualifier to get into the match play round of 32.  Well, what happens if there is a tie at number 32?  Is there a one game roll off to determine who gets the final match play spot?  I don't remember hearing if this was covered.

This week, #31, 32, and 33 were within 4 pins of each other so I could see it happening.

A one-game rolloff is pretty standard in such a situation, but I'm not sure that's what the PBA would do.
