PBA Website...scoring
« on: October 29, 2005, 10:37:21 PM »
I actually think the new website looks pretty good.

But two areas where the old website was boffo was on the Patterns....where is that now...both general description and listing of this weeks event.

Also for head to head.

I could find top 65 results in article..."Cut to 32".  But then I could only find top 8 match play scores.

Do I need instruction or is it not there?

Not sure this is what you are looking for .. but .. I'll try anyway.

On the initial page , at the top it has a choice .. CURRENT RESULTS .. click there it takes you to round of eight results. Upper right on that page gives options for ROUND RESULTS .. that provides all other results!

Live scoring for this week has been incorrect.  I followed Gary Dickenson's matches and they were reported incorrectly showed him losing to Paul Fleming which he did not.......then they were corrected.  New site is working the quirks out.

bringing this back to the top for this week. I like the new Live Scoring feature how you can see the match play games and wins and click on it to see each frame of each game for a specific game. better be good after how messed up it was last week!!!

I'm so glad that's working again.  But it'd be nice if they would put more than one match on a page.  You can't easily watch multiple matches with the current setup.

in my opinion it is better than last year when a 7 game series finished last year it would just be taken off the page then you had to go to a different page to see who won
