I guess the detroit area did'nt make enough money fo the pba..?? they are moving it to las vegas.. don't you think that will take alot of bowlers out of play b/c of where it is being held??

It may take some out and may add some as it will be closer to their home or may attract a few more that would like the trip to Vegas.

It is my understanding that the facilities "bid" on hosting the event. I don't know what the bids may have consisted of, but it stands to reason that a casino/hotel in Vegas would have more to gain by hosting the PBA WSOB then Thunderbowl.

Vegas is a great location for this event. It is cheap to get there no matter where you are flying from. Southpoint will likely offer fantastic room rates as they have in the past for regionals.

No one saying anything about them essentially being sweepers? PBA tour events reduced to being sweepers?

The PBA is barely hanging on.  It will be dead soon.
