Every one had Ebonite Plastic Balls!!!

quote:
I'm aware that PDW and JC are Storm staffers, and I thought Fagan was throwing Team Utah, as well.

So, were they using Storm plastic balls which react so much better to friction than other company's plastic stuff on this lightly oiled tournament, or was it their respective talent that helped them to excel?

Not exactly an apples to apples comparison from the last discussion about equipment, but I thought I'd poke the sleeping bear, nonetheless.

I wish Carter and Fagan didn't have to meet until the finals...I'm pulling for both of them.

obviously you people didnt see the numbers barnes put up this week, and i dont care about his past tv appearances....he cant make the wrong ball choice here and will win, so haters hate on!!!!!

His problem isn't as much poor ball choice as it is missing spares in critical frames.

Not knowing anything about the scores this week, I had a feeling Pete Weber would make the show.  Just came on to confirm.

i say with the tv lights and the altitude that they are bowling in i like pete regardless of the way barnes has been bowling and i want carter to make it but i think fagan has a good shot.  I know barnes is bowling well but let us remember barnes ALWAYS goes high in a pressure situation and has the possibility for a single pin miss.  Go PDW

Barnes looks unbeatable this week. Plus, he doesn't have to worry about outsmarting himself on Sunday with ball choice, his arsenal is quite limited. I think he'll go all the way.

As far as who he'll beat in the final, I gotta go with Fagan. Mike's been fairly hot of late, so I'll roll with the hot hand. Sorry all, I don't feel obligated to toss JC a vote just because he posts here, even though he's a stand-up guy and great bowler by all accounts.
