Post by: ConalO on December 08, 2004, 09:29:42 AM
This weeks qualifiers (looks a lot like previous weeks...)

1   Tom Daugherty       Tampa, Fla.      1998      222.00
2   Shawn Evans       Satellite Beach, Fla.   1960      217.78
3   Randy Pedersen       Fort Lauderdale, Fla.   1938      215.33
4   Kevin Croucher       Grants Pass, Ore.   1923      213.67
5   Tim Mack       Garfield, N.J.      1908      212.00
7   Shawn Copeland *   Milwaukie, Ore.      1864      207.11

I'd like to see Randy win a couple of matches this week.

SHAWN COPELAND is the AMATEUR????
I guess he's dropped his card - but he was NW region BOY a couple of years ago, I believe.

The man does have quite a game! I'd trade him for mine in a heartbeat!

Carter (along with many of the other top regional bowlers) is bowling the RPI in Reno today...

It was a tough decision to make but i chose to bowl the NRPC in Reno instead of the PTQ in Medford. I committed to this a couple of months ago. That was before i knew there were 5 spots available of course. Oh well, hind sight is 20/20 i guess.

Jeff,

Looks like your decison on the RPI is turning out pretty well... good luck tomorrow in match play.

Conal, thanks for the support. The funny thing is last night i actually thought about wd'ing and heading to Medford. I bowled absolutley horrible yesterday when the scores were high. If there wasnt a team competition in this i might have done it, but i owed it to my team. I said last night that the only chance i had was if the scoring pace slowed down. Lucky for me the scoring pace was much lower today and i matched up pretty well, bowled well and made match play. We'll see tommorrow how good my decision was.
