Who's your favorite PBA Pro? Who is your least favorite?
« on: January 12, 2007, 03:54:09 AM »
Me, I really like Duke, he actually has the kind of game I think I could maybe emulate some day.  Also a great guy!  I also like Billy Oatman ever since I bowled in the Pro Am with him, another great guy!

Whenever I see Sean Rash now, I cringe.

If you aren't watching 'The Wire,' the government should be forced to come to your house and repossess your television. END OF STORY!

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...

BOB:  Did you see the way she was lookin' at me?
DOUG:  Yeah, because she thought you were some kind of freak!

The first year the tour was in Birmingham I was able to talk to Brad Angelo a lot as well as his wife. I was lucky enough to be able to go to dinner with Brad and Michelle along with a few other people from Lightning Strikes. The following morning Parker and his family joined all of us for breakfast. I must say that Parker and Brad are awsome. If I could teach my little boy on how to act like a class act I would tell him to watch those two. So on to my list.

Favs.
Brad
Parker
Amoleto
Jason Couch

Least Fav.
WRW
Shaffer
PA

sorry for such a long post.

Favs (retired):  Mike Aulby, Steve Cook, Mark Baker (All 3 of these bowlers are amazingly gracious to the fans to the point of having even more respect for them afterwards!)
Least (retired):  Earl Anthony (yeah, I'll never forget how he treated me like crap @ the 1984 Kessler Open...wouldn't sign my bowling pin and told my dad and I to "get lost."  He shoudn't of been so bombed!) & Ernie Schlegel (Great intimidator on the lanes, but was a real jerk to my dad & I @ the same 1984 event:  Dad told Ernie "you a***ole!"  haha!)

Favs:  Nathan Bohr (yet to make his mark...he's going to be the next Sean Rash but w/o the arrogance), Mika Koivuniemi (much respect), Eugene McCune (anyone who consistantly throws in WRW's face "This is my week" and beats him gets my vote!), Tony Reyes (a real class act), and Pete Weber (even in his wild years he was never rude to me...even remembered me @ an event a few years later [didn't believe him 'til he actually named the event and year] which floored me!)

Least:  Randy Pederson (I liked him for a long time, but in person:  What an a***ole!  I'm glad you got housed 2 years/row @ the ToC and lost your card you ungrateful S.O.B.!), WRW (oh, I'm not the only one who knows how much of a f****ng p***ck you are to the fans!  "Stupid Camera Man?"  You idiot, we all heard you say that on TV when PA beat you in Reno...that'll win more "loyal" fans!), and Patrick Allen (anyone who publicly blasts Mike Aulby [2003 Cambridge Classic during the round of 16 vs. Mika.  He said "Good thing Aulby's calling it quits:  He's way past his peak.  Yeah, with scores of 276, 259, and 246?] will have my "one-finger" salute every time I see him the classless MFer!)
